Hi, my take on the universe is something like this: I'm not saying I'm right - but here are my conlusions.... Spiritualism Spirit communication is real. I think it is difficult to buy into unless you yourself have been to a really good medium. I think for every genuine medium, there are 5 bad ones. These do a lot of damage as after some of their readings a lot of people must walk away thinking that mediumship is fake. Tarot Readings I don't believe in the tarot at all. Some readers may use them to meditate upon and give a basic reading - but I think it's a man made invention.Astrology Astrology I'm not a big believer either, although back in the 80's I did hear about a scientific study that showed there was some truth in it. Christianity I believe that Jesus was the most enlightened spiritual being ever to wander the earth. In this respect he could be described as "the son of God". Unfortunately I think that many legends and irrelevant books got added to Bible in later centuries. Islam Mohammed was not an enlightened soul. He forged Islam (without divine inspiration) to help him with his own military struggles. He used Christianity and Judaeism as its foundations, as he knew they were tried and tested belief systems. Buddhism Buddah was enlightened. There is much truth within this religion, but, to my mind, a bit of confusion also. I can't see that a human soul can reincarnate into that of an animal. I don't think I have seen any evidence for this. Witchcraft Even if spells are possible - there are heavy laws of karma, and if you "zap" people with them, one way or another, you will get "zapped" back. I think Paganism is too anarchic. It's very trendy, but if they only look to themselves for moral guidance, I think they will end up like a dog chasing its tail (a lot of effort, a bit of fun - but no progress). I think you need a teacher to guide you like a light through the darkness, like Christ or Buddha. Drugs In India, some Hindus (devotees of Shiva) and Rastas elswhere, see smoking weed (marijuana) as a means of meditation. The brain is a finely tuned instrument - leave it alone! People hooked on drugs or alcohol always become extremely selfish and short tempered - doesn't sound very spiritual does it? UFO's Definately real! I believe that aliens fully understand that the human soul survives death, and that 99% of their communication with humanity is on the metaphysical plains. I believe that they see humanity on the physical earth as being in a sleeping state: a sleep that shouldn't be rudely disturbed with massive revelations and full-on contact. This is definately tabboo. Humanity must develop at its own pace. Hence, the visitors main interest is on a scientific level and is focused upon our physical bodies. They keep a very low profile and tell us next to nothing. We don't know what they are looking for with their tests and implants, I guess that we could not even understand their scientific questions, let alone their conclusions. Ghosts Ghosts are people (albeit in spirit form) - and people have free will. They can go to the light after death or stick around on earth. Some spirits fear going to hell, so they actually flee the light. This is well-known, but I have often wondered why ghosts are almost always trapped in a building or ship, or even a certain room. I personally think their free will to stay here does come with due restrictions. They only have a certain amount of energy, so they can't do so much in the physical world, and they're not allowed to wander around cities and neighbourhoods, so they can't just gang up and riot. They end up under house arrest, so-to-speak, until they see sense and move on. (Picture = Khasi Hills, India. Rainiest place on earth)
